(Oral) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that since the matter has been compromised between the parties in National Lok Adalat, which took place at Patiala, on 13.7.2019 and petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, has since been withdrawn by the present respondent - Navjeet Singh, therefore, this application seeking transfer of said petition from the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patiala, to a court of competent jurisdiction outside Ludhiana, has become infructuous and it be disposed of accordingly.
