RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.05, dated 04.01.2021, under Section 376 IPC, Section 6 of POCSO Act, and Section 85 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, registered at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition at this stage and prays for withdrawal of same. Allowed as prayed for.
