Present appeal has been filed by the defendant (appellant herein) against the concurrent finding of decreetal of suit with the decree of permanent injunction.

On the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant states at bar that after filing of present appeal, disputes between the plaintiffs and defendant No.1 (appellant herein), have been settled amicably. Thus, he has required instructions from his client to make statement before this Court for withdrawal of the present appeal. Thus, counsel seeks withdrawal of present appeal.
