**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.44 dated 27.07.2017 under Sections 354 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Bhaini Mian Khan, District Gurdaspur.
Mr. Raj Kumar Arya, Advocate, puts in appearance and filed vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant.
This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 01.09.2017 :- "Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the allegations pertain to alleged incident dated 07.07.2017 and the FIR has been lodged after an inordinate delay of 20 days. Moreover, no recovery is to be effected from them, hence, their custodial interrogation is not required. They are ready to join investigation.
Notice of motion for 12.12.2017.

CRM-M-32258-2017 -2be released on interim bail subject to their furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C."
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are not required for investigation any further.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State confirms the aforesaid fact.
Since the petitioners have joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 01.09.2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
