(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision is to order dated 13.12.2023 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Rohtak, District Rohtak in a petition under Section 127 of the Criminal Procedure for enhancement of allowance, titled as 'Nistha vs. Khushi Ram' whereby the petitioner-husband has been directed to pay maintenance as Rs.8,000/- p.m. to the respondent-minor child alongwith litigation expenses as Rs.11,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
