(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No. 0067 dated 11.07.2018 (Annexurer P-1) registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Balongi, District SAS Nagar.
Vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondent No. 2 is taken on record. Office to tag the same at the appropriate place. Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 contends that he has no objection, if, the petitioner is granted the concession of anticipatory bail, in aforesaid FIR (Annexure P-1).
In view of the above, petitioner-Kulwant Kaur, is directed to join investigation as and when called by the Investigating Officer. In the event of arrest, she shall be released on interim bail on furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer. She shall remain bound by the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
