Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to allow the petitioners to participate in online transfer drive. 2.

The present case was ordered to be heard alongwith CWP-103882023, the same however was dismissed on 28.08.2023, against which LPA1609-2023 came to be disposed of vide order dated 22.07.2024 on the statement of learned State counsel, the order whereof reads thus:- "As per affidavit dated 07.03.2024 filed by the State in the present appeal, the appellants would be permitted to participate in next transfer drive against all posts including the posts blocked in the year 2022.

In the light of the afore stand taken by the State, learned counsel for the appellants does not press the present appeal. Disposed of.

All pending miscellaneous application(s) shall also stand disposed of."

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of in same terms as LPA-1609-2023, to which learned State counsel has no objection.
