The prayer in the present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for the issuance of a writ, order or directions to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the private respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioners contends that petitioner No.2 is currently in the custody of her father. 3.

The learned counsel for the State, on instructions from PSI Mohit, submits that no representation was ever received by the appropriate authorities. The investigating agency on the filing of this petition made a telephonic inquiry and came to know that petitioner No.2 is currently residing with her father in Uttar Pradesh.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
