(Oral) It is contended that petitioner No.1 - Archana, aged about 28 years, has got married with petitioner No.2 Harish Chander, aged about 44 years, against the wishes of her mother Sushila Devi and brother Prbhat Pushkar, arrayed as private respondents No. 4 and 5, respectively. Now the petitioners apprehend danger to their lives and liberty at the hands of such private respondents, as such to seek protection in that regard, they have approached this Court by way of filing the present petition.
