Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No. 93 dated 8.7.2012, under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Jagraon, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector Gurdeep Singh, has submitted that challan has been prepared and will be presented in the Court. Learned counsel for petitioners has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition to enable petitioners to take up all the pleas available to them before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

petitioner No. 1 shall be represented through counsel;

ii.

shall not delay/stall the trial proceedings;

iii.

shall not dispute her identity as an accused; iv.

shall have no objection if the prosecution evidence is recorded in her absence but in the presence of her counsel;

v.

shall appear before the Trial Court as and when required by the Trial Court;

vi.

any other condition which the learned Trial Court may impose.
