Mr. Ritesh Pandey, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Baljinder Virk, DAG, Haryana for the State Mr. Namit Khurana, Advocate, for the complainant Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Poonam, PS Women, Yamuna Nagar submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. On behalf of the complaint, Mr. Namit Khurana has sought to oppose the bail on the grounds that the petitioner had been raping the complainant on the pretext of job.

Criminal Misc. No. M-33217 of 2018 (O&M) -2years, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 3.8.2018 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petitioner shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
