NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Rampal of Police Station, Sadar, Dabwali, District Sirsa, submits that in compliance of the order/interim directions, dated 21.9.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner had joined the investigation and no more required for custodial interrogation. In view of above, present petition is accepted. The interim direction issued vide order dated 21.9.2015, is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.PC.
