(Oral) This is a case of petitioner No.1 - Simrandeep Kaur, aged about 19 years, getting married with petitioner No.2 Harmander Singh, aged 23 years, against the wishes of her family members, arrayed as private respondents No. 4 to 7. It is contended that the petitioners apprehend danger to their lives and liberty at the hands of such private respondents, as such they have approached this Court by way of filing the present petition.
