The grievance of the petitioner is that no action is being taken by the authorities on his representation dated 05.11.2016 submitted to the Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage the petitioner would be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to look into above-stated representation dated 05.11.2016 and take necessary steps. Keeping in view the facts of the case and the limited prayer addressed but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 take appropriate action on representation dated 05.11.2016 (Annexure P1) submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, preferably within three months.
