**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 298 dated 18.8.2017 registered at Police Station Murthal, District Sonepat, Haryana under Sections 304-B, 34 IPC.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is in custody since October 2017 and the private witnesses have been examined and they have not supported the prosecution version. He refers to the statements available on record.
State counsel submits that all the private witnesses including the complainant have not supported the prosecution version. It is stated that the mother was not cited as a witness in this case.
