(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case FIR No.11 dated 03.2.2023, under Sections 354-A, 354-D, 341, 506 and 509 IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Talwara, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the petitioner in the present matter stands convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Hoshiarpur, vide order dated 11.7.2023 and he has placed on record copy of the said order. He submits that in view of the aforesaid development, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
