**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) In paragraph 12 of the peƟƟon, the peƟƟoner has menƟoned that he has no criminal history. However, State counsel submits that as per status report, the peƟƟoner has involvement in one more case.
At this stage, counsel for the peƟƟoner wants to withdraw the present peƟƟon with liberty to file fresh peƟƟon.
Given above, the present peƟƟon stands disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. State to hand over the status report to the counsel for the peƟƟoner to enable him to file a fresh peƟƟon.
