This petition was listed for the first time on 28.4.2023, and was adjourned on request of learned counsel for the petitioners on the ground that arguing counsel is not available. Thereafter, repeated adjournments have been sought by him to argue the matter. On the last date of hearing, i.e., 6.11.2023, last opportunity was granted to address the arguments. Today again a request for adjournment has been made which cannot be accepted in the given facts.

It is apparent that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter.
