It is not denied by State counsel that petitioners have joined the investigation. In view of the fact that petitioners have undertake to abide by the statement given on September 01, 2017 and the fact of that they have joined investigation, order dated September 01, 2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
