The instant petition under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponds to Section 438 Cr.P.C.) has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.209 dated 24.10.2024, under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 191(3), 190, 324(4) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 (earlier Sections 323, 324, 148, 149, 427 and 487 IPC) and offence Section 118(2) BNS, 2023 (Section 326 IPC) added later on registered at Police Station Beas, District Amritsar Rural. 2.

This Court vide order dated 24.03.2026 granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 24.03.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
