*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance of order dated 06.08.2018, the petitioners have joined investigation even after addition of Sections 365 and 367 IPC, which were earlier deleted. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Satyawan has affirmed the factum of joining investigation by the petitioners and submits that they are not required now.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned State counsel, interim order dated 06.08.2018 passed by this Court in favour of the petitioners is made absolute. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
However, the petitioners are directed to join investigation, if required by the Investigating Officer.
