(Oral) It is submitted that the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Amritsar has sent a letter dated 17.01.2017 to the Chief Town Planner, Department of Local Bodies, Punjab, informing him that the land of the petitioner situated in Khasra No. 122/32/1 in the revenue estate of village Rakshikarga has erroneously come into the area of Town Planning Scheme No. 77 and it is not possible to implement proposal of road through the said land. Yet, no action has been taken to amend the boundary of the Town Planning Scheme. Legal notice dated 03.10.2019 (Annexure P-11) has also not yielded any positive result. Thus, the present writ petition has been filed.
