(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate legal action against respondents No.4 to 13, who in connivance with each other and without any order of Revenue/Judicial Courts, have deleted the Mutation No.2085 and have entered the Mutation No.2399 in favour of respondent No.12 without any order of the competent authority and that too after 22 years.

At the outset, learned senior counsel representing the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars.
