**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.319, dated 01.12.2022, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 506 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station City Charkhi Dadri, District Charkhi Dadri. This Court vide order dated 10.04.2024, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 10.04.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. SANGEETA 2024.09.07 10:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-17856-2024 Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and further submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. However, learned Senior counsel for the complainant vehemently urges that the accused are playing smart with the Investigating Officer and even the investigating agency seems to be hand in glove who are not able to get divulge the name of the witnesses who have signed the Will. In view of the above submission made by learned State counsel, the order dated 10.04.2024 is made absolute.
