# It is submitted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Madan Lal that there is purely a land dispute between the petitioner Satnam Singh and respondent No.4 Amarjeet Kaur and that at present police is not seized of the matter against the petitioner; in view of which the present petition stands dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
