**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 44 dated 24.4.2016 under Sections 363, 366, 376-D IPC registered at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the criminal revision, filed by the complainant, notice of motion has not been issued and there is no stay operating in the said case but even then the trial Court is not proceeding with the case.

Let the petitioner move an appropriate application before the Court concerned apprising the Court the status of Criminal Revision, which would be decided by the said Court within 15 days of its filing. The petition stands disposed of.
