RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 406 dated 18.06.2017 registered under Sections 379-B, 323, 341, 411, 420 and 506 IPC at Police Station Hodal, District Palwal. On instructions from ASI Virender Singh, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous as both the petitioners have been acquitted by the learned trial Court. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
