(ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that cancellation report against the petitioners has been filed way back on 01.03.2017, before the Illaqa Magistrate and the same is pending for consideration before the concerned Court. The complainant did not raise any objection against the same.

That apart, perusal of previous order shows that FIR was quashed against some of the co-accused vide order dated 07.09.2015 passed in CRM-M-24433-2015, by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. In view of above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous and for want of prosecution as well.
