(ORAL) The petitioner has challenged the show cause notice whereby he was directed to show cause as to why his services be not terminated. He had also sought a direction to complete the enquiry proceedings in a time bound manner and sought the release of his salary w.e.f. September 2019. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in pursuance to the show cause notice, the services of the petitioner had been terminated on 25.08.2020 which has been challenged by the petitioner by preferring CWP No.13465 of 2020 which is pending adjudication. Heard.
The services of the petitioner had been terminated which has been challenged by him in a petition bearing CWP No.13465 of 2020. In that petition the petitioner has also claimed his salary for the afore-noted period prior to his termination.
