Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking directions to respondents No. 3 to 5 for protection of his life and liberty and of his old aged mother at the hands of respondents No. 6 to 10. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has sent a copy of representation dated 20.4.2017 (Annexure P4) to respondents No.2 & 3, respectively, but the same remained unattended till now. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib, is directed to look into the representation dated 20.4.2017 (Annexure P4) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
