ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) The learned counsel representing the appellant fairly admits that the present matter with regard to the assessment of the market value of the acquired land shall be covered by the judgment passed in Regular First Appeal No.1059 of 2020, titled as "HSIIDC Vs. Sandeep and others", decided on 06.10.2021. The learned counsel representing the appellant admits that the Supreme Court has also upheld the aforesaid assessment. He admits that the notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, dated 01.04.2010, is common with the Regular First Appeal No.1059 of 2020.

Hence, both the appeals are dismissed.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
