Through this revision, petitioner has challenged order dated 19.05.2020 of the appellate Court, dismissing his appeal against order dated 27.04.2020 of the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Jind, whereby bail application of the petitioner was dismissed. According to the prosecution, in the evening of 10.03.2020, petitioner along with his accomplice Saurav, Saurav's brother Kala and one Mard hitting his car to the motorcycle of Sukhbir and falling him on the ground, murdered him.

Learned counsel inter alia contends that main accused is Saurav, who fired shot on the chest of deceased Sukhbir. Role attributed to the petitioner is giving kick blows to the deceased. Both the Courts below in utter disregard to provisions of Section 12 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2012 declined bail to the petitioner. -2CRR-972 of 2020 (O&M) is no ground with the Courts below to reject the bail of the petitioner. No other case is pending against him. In custody, he may be influenced by hardcore criminals.

Heard.

The petitioner has been kept in observation home. He is completely safe. He has committed a very heinous crime. Therefore, no ground is made out to interfere with impugned orders of both the Courts below.

At this stage, learned counsel prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this revision.
