Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2017 (Annexure P-3) after hearing the petitioner and by passing a speaking order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
