(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.68 dated 29.07.2016, registered at Women Police Station, Fatehabad, who has been booked for having committed an offence punishable under Section 376(1) IPC. Learned State counsel has informed that the charge in the present case has been framed on 02.01.2017 and there are total 17 witnesses are to be examined.
