Pursuant to the interim order dated 22.9.2015, the petitioners have already put in appearance before the trial Court having been summoned as additional accused under Section 319 Cr.P.C.

The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 22.9.2015, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions that they will continue to appear before the trial Court against the bail bonds already furnished subject to the condition that they will continue to appear before the Court and will not absent themselves without any sufficient cause.
