(ORAL) Prayer in this second petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for issuance of directions to the respondents for conducting proper and fair investigation in case FIR No. 371 dated 13.10.2018 (Annexure P-1), without any political influence.

At the outset, learned counsel for the State on instructions submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as after completion of investigation, challan under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been filed before the trial Court and now, the case is fixed for framing of charges.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all the pleas taken herein, before the trial Court at an appropriate stage.
