(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 193 dated 08.07.2017 registered under Sections 177 and 420 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Bhiwani.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Umed Singh, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and nothing is to be recovered from her.
