H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Sukhwant Singh, from Police Station Veroval, District Tarn Taran, states that petitioner has since furnished an affidavit that she does not hold any passport and that she is not required by the local police for further investigation.
In these circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 4.9.2017 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition in that way is allowed.
