(Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Mandir Singh, Police Station Nathana, Bathinda has made statement that the police has already registered FIR bearing No. 28 under sections 420,120-B IPC against the petitioners and that they will take legal recourse thereon and in case there is any threat to the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents, they will have recourse under the law and the State will immediately take necessary action as per law. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition. Allowed to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn.
