Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had love affair with respondent No.4 but later on married to some other girl. Now respondent No.4 and her relatives are after the life and liberty of petitioner and his family members and in this regard, he has moved a representation (Annexure P-1) to the police authorities. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to look into the representation Annexure P-1 made by petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
