(ORAL) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.377, dated 30.09.2021 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Pataudi, District Gurugram, under Sections 13(1) & 13(2) of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamverdhan Act, 2015 (Sections 11, 59, 60 of Animal Cruelty Act, 1960 & Section 429 IPC added later on). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 17.04.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and has been cooperating therewith. This is not disputed by the learned counsel for the State.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 17.04.2023, is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by him.
