Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant states that he has no instructions in the matter.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1998. Vide order dated 07.03.2024 notice was issued to the appellant. As per the Office report, notice issued to the sole appellant has been received back unserved with remarks 'incomplete address'. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service of the appellant except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Courts below and is the same on which the notice was sent. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. AMAN JAIN 2024.05.09 20:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
