This is a petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.51 dated 28.04.2020 under Sections 307, 353, 186, 332, 427, 506, 188, 269, 271, 283, 148, 149 IPC and Section 51 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 registered at Police Station Dayalpura, District Bathinda. Vide order dated 29.06.2020, the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajpal, has made a statement today that in pursuance to the order dated 29.06.2020 the petitioner has joined investigation and he is no longer required for further investigation as of now.

However, the petitioner shall join investigation as and when called.
