The present regular second appeal pertains to the year, 1998 and was admitted on 08.02.1999. On 13.08.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the parties. Thereafter, again on 02.12.2025, no one appeared on behalf of the parties. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the parties. Even notice issued to the sole appellant has been received back unserved due to incomplete address.

In light of the above, the present appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the appellant to seek its revival in accordance with law, in case, any cogent cause of action survives. 3.
