Heard.

Since, applicant is aggrieved on account of suicide of her husband, therefore, she is certainly necessary party. Accordingly, application is allowed. Applicant Daljit Kaur is permitted to be impleaded as respondent No.3 in the petition. Amended memo of parties is taken on record.

CRM-M-33403 of 2018 Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has RAVINDER SINGH 2019.01.25 17:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document been made for quashing FIR No.18 dated 16.02.2017 registered under

-2CRM-M-33403 of 2018 Sections 306 and 34 IPC at Police Station Doraha, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana on the basis of compromise dated 12.07.2018 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 contends that there is no compromise between the parties, as alleged by the petitioners. Therefore, instant petition is liable to be dismissed.

Perusal of file shows that on the previous date also, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners. None is present even today on their behalf. Therefore, it can safely be inferred that petitioners or their counsel are no more interested in pursuing this petition. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
