(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No. 1 to 5 to look into the representation dated 16.08.2017 (Annexure P-5) moved by the petitioner and take appropriate action against respondents No. 6 to 9 for committing fraud with the sister and maternal nephew of the petitioner. Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, inasmuch, as on investigation upon the representation Annexure P-5 of the petitioner, respondents No. 6 to 9 were found guilty. Therefore, FIR has been registered against them and they were arrested. The matter is now under investigation. He further submits that one of the co-accused of respondents No. 6 to 9 is absconding and efforts are being made to arrest him.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
