In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to the respondents No. 2 and 3 to investigate into the death of Sukhjeet Kaur @ Gurcharan Kaur, wife of the petitioner, which occurred in suspicious circumstances. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, is directed to decide representation dated 01.03.2018 (Annexure P-4), moved by the petitioner. 3.
In view of the above, respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, is directed to look into the matter and decide representation Annexure P-4, moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to him, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
