Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a cancellation report in FIR No.141 dated 21.05.2015, under Sections 363/366/120B IPC registered at Police Station Saleem Tabri District Ludhiana has been submitted. The present petition for quashing of the abovesaid FIR may be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh in case the cancellation report is not accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
