This petition has been filed under Sections 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.119 dated 15.11.2014 under Sections 452,308,323 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station City Malerkotla, District Sangrur, along with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise. 2.
In terms of the order passed by this Court on 20.2.2015, Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Malerkotla, recorded the statements of complainant Mohd Farooq and accused persons namely Bundu alias Anwar, Irshad, Babu and Mohd. Zahid. They stated that matter has been compromised between the parties voluntarily and without any pressure or coercion. The case is at the investigation stage. The Magistrate recorded the compromise, which appeared to be genuine to her. 3.
Counsel for the parties have stated at bar that the matter has been compromised.

So, in view of the above circumstances and in view of authority reported as Kulwinder Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and others 2007 (3) RCR (Criminal) 1052, the above said FIR stands quashed. Further proceedings in pursuant to that FIR also stand quashed.
