Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of case FIR No. 50 dated 08.02.2017 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325,452 and 506 IPC, 1860 (Section 307 IPC added later on and Section 452 IPC has been deleted) at Police Station Sadar Kanina, District Mahendergarh and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage.
